Harm van de Pas is a consultant in Emergency Medicine at Elisabeth-TweeSteden hospital, the level-1 trauma center of the province of Noord-Brabant. Until recently he has been the medical director of the Emergency Department, and has been so for about twelve years. He was one of the first ED-docs to hold this position in the Netherlands. Harm also is the medical director of the two major regional ambulance services in the province since 2003.
